This year's Allegro.pl Cup 2007 was very spectacular. There were moments of happiness and tryumph, but there were also surprising moments which gave shivers to the people on the beach. There were also awesome moments. In FW division there were six races and in Slalom three of them. The most spectacular competition was between Steve Allen AUS-0 and Gonzalo Costa Hoevel ARG-3 from Argentina. After exciting competition Steve Allen is first. Slalom was also exciting. Wojtek Brzozowski POL-10 made us happy - he won with Arnon Dagan ISR-1 in one of the races. The Pole was terrified, when his board collided with Gonzalo Costa Hoevel's board, but finally only the mast was broken. Polish windsurfers did a great job during these four days, but unbeaten Steve Allen and Arnon Dagan outclassed the others.

In this year's regatta took part international windsurfing stars. The weather conditions were unstable but there were enough races counting among Euro-Cup classification. The races took place between August, 2 and 5. We had 87 competitors from all over the world. Steve Allen won in FW, trophy for Women division is for Marta Hlavaty POL-4, for Junior division - Robert Bałdyga POL-18 and for Masters division - Marco Begalli ITA-415. The winner of the general classification wins 3600 euro and the Slalom winner - near 1800 euro.
It's hard to imagine better weather conditions during the Allegro.pl Cup 2007 - said the press officer Mr. Micha≥ Wojdan - We had two days of great sports competition with wind blowing even at 18 knots. There was real sunny weather and it was an opportunity for the people on the beach to enjoy all of the amusements prepared for them. The participants did also a great job. Wojtek Brzozowski's attitude is remarkable, too. It was for him the first start after his serious injury. His fourth place in Slalom and eighth in FW prove that he's coming back to form.
